Waiver and Release

I am aware that the event will be held in person and, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, I agree to hold the members of the Extravaganza Tango Marathon and staff  (together referred to as “Organizer”) harmless and agree to discharge, release, or waive any claim of liability or damages for any injury, physical or emotional, that I might suffer as a result of my participating in the Extravaganza Tango Marathon. This waiver specifically includes but is not limited to the remote possibility that I may contract COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19 or any other illness while participating at the event, or other injuries related to this event whether specifically dance related or otherwise. Should any claim be brought by me against Organizer for liability and/or damages resulting from my participation in this event, I will be responsible for paying Organizer’s reasonable attorney fees and cost for having to defend against such action.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

-A full refund will be available to anyone to cancels before March 31st (less $25. administrative fee). 

-A 50% refund will be available to anyone who cancels from April 1st and April 15th (less $25. administrative fee).
-No refunds will be issued after April 15th. 

Ex. if you pay $125. your refund wil be $100. due to de administrative fees. Card fees are not refundable.

 

Early Bird ticket pass started on December 13th, 2025 until February 14th, 2025 for $125. + other fees.

On February 15th the Mid price of a pass will increase by $15, totaling $140. + other fees.

On April 1st the price of a pass will increase another $10, totaling $150. + other fees. 

 

Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable as long as is replaced with the same dance role as the orignal dancer. Contact us by email with the information of the new dancer (Full Name, Phone, Email) at extravaganzatango@gmail.com

Tickets sales are limited due to fire regulations and dance role balance.
